I tried multiple GPs and clinics in Melbourne, I mean it when I say this is the BEST! Very professional and knowledgeable, Dr David and Dr Elias are very professional and they managed to diagnose and do the right procedure which other GPs out there simply couldn’t. The nurse and the receptionist are really friendly. Very clean facility and its location is amazing too. Highly recommended, my search for a GOOD GP is finally over after I finally found this clinic.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It was my first time having an allergic reaction, and I honestly didn’t know what to do. I’m so grateful to Dr David Roufael for seeing me immediately even though I was a new patient. He quickly recognised I was having an anaphylactic reaction, gave me the right medication and steroid injection, and stayed with me to monitor my condition. He even asked his receptionist to sit with me to make sure I wasn’t alone — thank you to her as well for your kindness. What really touched me was that he didn’t even let me pay for the emergency treatment. Without his fast and compassionate care, I don’t know how far my allergy could have gone. Truly thankful.

I had a great experience at the clinic with Dr. David and his team. Dr. David was professional, patient, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. After 20 years of searching for a doctor I feel heard, taken seriously and comfortable with I have finally found the doctor who has my health back on track! Dr David Roufael is personable, understanding and professional all in one. I actually get excited about seeing my doctor now instead of dreading it. I recommend him everyone looking for a great doctor.

I saw Dr Vi Trinh and she was absolutely excellent. She managed to squeeze me in when I was desperate to see a doctor, and I’m so grateful she did. She took the time to carefully go through my results and even followed up with a phone call to explain everything in detail. Dr Trinh is caring, very thorough with her questions, and really takes the time to figure things out properly. She’s extremely professional and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend booking with her — she’s one of the best doctors I’ve seen.

I’m very grateful to Dr. David for curing my cough that had lasted for over a month. I had been coughing since the end of last year until January, and despite taking various cough syrups and medications, my condition didn’t improve—in fact, it got worse. I was coughing so badly at night that I couldn’t sleep at all, which was extremely distressing. After seeing Dr. David, he carefully assessed my condition and explained that my symptoms were actually due to pneumonia and that I needed to take antibiotics for 10 days. After following his instructions and completing the course, my cough gradually improved and I finally started to feel better. Dr. David was also very patient during the consultation and even translated medical terms into Chinese for me to better understand, which was incredibly helpful for a non-native English speaker. I’m really glad I decided to see him when I did, otherwise my condition might have continued to worsen. Thank you again, Dr. David, for your professionalism and care. Highly recommended!

My first visit to Collins GP was an excellent experience. Dr Sleaby was professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The staff at Collins GP were also exceptionally welcoming and attentive, demonstrating outstanding customer service from start to finish. Overall, I was genuinely impressed by the high standard of care and service provided.

Have been coming here for over a year now. Mainly see Dr. Vi Trinh but on occasion have seen Dr. Sleaby. Everyone including the receptionist have been very open and welcoming and seem to really care about their patients. Will definitely continue to come here
